RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Request Acceptance:
An order cancellation request will only be accepted if the product has not yet been shipped. Once the product is in transit, the cancellation request cannot be processed.
Return and exchange requests are only accepted if the product retains its original price and size tags.
Refund Entitlement:
If a cancellation request is accepted and the product has not been shipped, you are entitled to a full refund of the entire amount. This refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 working days.
Order Cancellation by Xabiri:
Xabiri reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for various reasons.
These reasons may include but are not limited to, non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated, and we will communicate promptly with the customer to explain the reason for the cancellation.

Exchanges and Returns Policy:
At Xabiri, We have a 7-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or a return. For exchange/return, you can contact us at wecare@xabiri.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To facilitate a smooth exchange or return process, kindly review our policy.

• Order number
• Image of the invoice
• 1 outer box image
• 2 clear images of the damaged product
c) Response Time:
We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours.
d) Amicable Solution:
Our team will work diligently to find an amicable solution that satisfies both parties.

2. Missing Products:
If any product from your order is missing upon delivery.
Procedure:
To initiate a return/exchange for missing products, please follow these steps:
a) Timely Intimation:
Notify Xabiri within 5 days of the delivery date regarding the missing product.
b) Email Notification:
Send an email to wecare@xabiri.com Include the following details:
• Order number
• Image of the invoice
• 1 outer box image
• 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received
c) Response Time:
We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours.
d) Prompt Resending:
While we are unable to accept a refund request for missing products, we will promptly re-send the missing item.

Usage Limitations:

Processing the Exchange/Return:
